ONE MORE REFERRAL

One More Referral was founded in September 2005 by local Realtor Melissa Lesniak. Melissa wanted to build her business through relationships with local professionals and community service partnerships. She felt an organization was needed to foster a casual environment where professionals could meet and grow, while learning how to build their business and market themselves through business relationships and referrals.

The growing success of OMR correlates to the success of local businesses within the organization, and will continue to thrive based on those relationships in the future.

OMR began with one chapter and now meets regularly in Dover, NH.
